LoanMax- Floating Customer Service Representative

***We are currently hiring a floating customer service representative for our locations at 544 N Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32807 and 2653 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806* **
Note: This position regularly works at any store in the Orlando area and requires travel between stores.
Incentives:
Full-Time Position: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, closed on Sundays!

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work full time
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role requires travel between multiple company locations
Have a high school degree or equivalent
Basic computer and data entry experience
Collections experience preferred
Criminal background check
Consumer credit check
Drug screen
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service
Loan processing
Cash handling
Collection calls
