About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Manager with hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) for a local client in Port St. Lucie, FL. This role is key to maintaining efficient and accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee many daily shipping and receiving operations
• Accurately manage inventory and logistics using Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon)
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments and receipts
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and OSHA-compliant warehouse
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is properly completed and entered into the system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) is required
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control
• Experience supervising and motivating warehouse staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
