Bulla Gastrobar is a lively, modern restaurant inspired by Spanish and Catalan cuisine. Known for bold flavors, a bustling atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Managing Partner (General Manager) to lead our Coral Gables location.

This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving strong business results.

  • Competitive base salary of $90,000–$100,000 per year
  • $200 monthly dining credit valid at all CRG restaurant brands

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and labor goals
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and team development to ensure a high-performing staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and guest engagement
  • Ensure a superior guest experience through active floor management and team coaching
  • Manage restaurant financials, including P&L, inventory, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure policies related to scheduling, evaluations, and performance are implemented effectively
  • Maintain full understanding and oversight of POS systems and cash handling procedures

Requirements

  • Must have open availability and be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • 5 years of General Manager or equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong understanding of financials (P&L, labor, budgets, forecasting)
  • Proficiency with restaurant management and reporting software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized and skilled at prioritizing under pressure
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
