Position Summary:
The Marketing Project Coordinator is part of the Cremar team. This role contributes to the success of the company by playing a crucial role in managing and coordinating various cross-departmental global marketing initiatives across the organization. The Coordinator supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to excellence in handling projects, opportunities, and challenges that impact the entire company.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time salary position (Exempt)
- Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office
Major Duties Include:
Project Coordination & Department Support:
- Manages the intake, assignment, and tracking of creative and marketing requests using project management tools (e.g., Wrike)
- Supports cross-functional campaign planning by maintaining department timelines, creative calendars, and campaign trackers
- Facilitates status meetings, organizes priorities, and ensures all stakeholders are informed of project updates and timelines
Brand Messaging & Copy Management:
- Maintains and updates the corporate copy library, ensuring consistent voice and tone across all touchpoints
- Writes and edits brand copy for catalogs, emails, web, internal documents, and promotional materials
- Identifies areas for copy refresh and work with leadership to evolve messaging aligned with brand goals
Partnerships & Campaign Activation:
- Assists in identifying and coordinating strategic brand partnerships in collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Ensures all partner deliverables and messaging align with brand standards and are executed on schedule
Content Planning & Social Media Support:
- Creates Social Content Creation with provided guidelines aligned with quarterly goals
- Supports the planning and execution of lifestyle and on-site photoshoots, including shot list prep, logistics coordination, and asset review
- Collaborates with the content team to execute a consistent social media schedule aligned with campaign and promotional calendars
- Supports caption writing, asset organization, and scheduling of posts across platforms
- Assists with scheduling and reviewing email campaigns within our HubSpot Marketing Hub to ensure timely execution of our marketing calendar
Reporting & Departmental Optimization:
- Assists with quarterly and year-end reporting, summarizing departmental performance, campaign outcomes, and team workload trends
- Contributes to process improvements by helping refine intake templates, content planning tools, and asset organization systems
Other Duties:
- Supports and communicates with multiple managers by utilizing technology project management tools, such as Wrike, to manage and track progress on all creative and marketing projects
- Assists with event support, including rep/dealers and VIP gift kit creation and mailing
- Offers support and assistance to department managers in order to achieve marketing objectives
- Responsible for scheduling, attending, and leading campaign meetings for inter and intra-departmental marketing initiatives by taking notes, sending a post-meeting summary to all that need to know, and establishing timelines, deadlines, and next steps.
- Coordinates administrative tasks for the department such as birthday arrangements, holiday involvement, TMOM, etc
- Coordinates internally with the department for market research, partnerships, and programming needs
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years in marketing coordination, project management or related role
- Experience or knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or related field
- Proficient in project management tools, Wrike
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms, HubSpot
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated or budgeted range.
