Staff Accountant (Full Cycle) – Direct Hire Opportunity!

Key Responsibilities
As our Staff Accountant, you will lead the charge in maintaining a flawless financial foundation:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage general ledger entries and lead the charge for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses that drive business decisions.
- Audit & Compliance: Support external audits by preparing detailed schedules and documentation; ensure all operations strictly adhere to GAAP.
- Fixed Assets: Take full ownership of fixed asset accounting and maintain meticulous depreciation schedules.
- Treasury & Tax: Reconcile bank statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely payroll and tax filings.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate directly with leadership on budget preparations and sophisticated financial forecasting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5–7 years of professional accounting experience (Public or Private).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Certification: CPA is a significant plus (CPA candidates in progress are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Tier-1 ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and mastery of advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in manufacturing, recreation, or water treatment sectors is a major advantage.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and an unwavering commitment to GAAP principles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Starting at $85K+ (Dependent on Experience).
- Location: North Palm Beach County (100% On-site).
