Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business development efforts in the Ft. Lauderdale region. This role involves cultivating relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and developers, promoting our full suite of access solutions, and supporting projects from bid through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Promote and sell scaffolding, shoring, swing stages, and construction hoist services and equipment.
  • Manage existing accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver bids, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics and report on pipeline progress to management.
  • Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in construction equipment or services sales (preferably scaffolding, shoring, or hoist systems).
  • Strong knowledge of the Ft. Lauderdale construction market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in access or support systems.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction site safety requirements.
