SUMMARY:
The Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Development Team by managing ticket flow, coordinating development sprints, and maintaining organized delivery processes. This position ensures that incoming support requests, product enhancements, and custom development initiatives are executed efficiently and accurately.
The Delivery Coordinator serves as the Scrum Master for the Development Team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement sessions while maintaining project organization within Azure DevOps. The role is also responsible for writing clear business and functional requirements for new development and product enhancements, collaborating closely with the Delivery Manager, Development Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective communication across teams.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development concepts.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or similar tools such as Jira or Trello).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helpdesk & Ticket Management
- Review and triage incoming Helpdesk tickets, ensuring proper categorization, assignment, and timely resolution.
- Maintain visibility into ticket volume, publish weekly or ad-hoc status reports as needed.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and high levels of service.
- Identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities and escalate appropriately.
Scrum & Sprint Coordination
- Serve as Scrum Master for the Development Team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure sprint goals are clear, achievable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Maintain and organize PBIs (Product Backlog Items) in Azure DevOps, ensuring stories, tasks, and bugs are properly defined and tracked.
- Help maintain project velocity and promote adherence to established development processes.
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Assist with project setup, documentation, and tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
- Support the creation and organization of project documentation, meeting notes, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Development Manager to maintain
accurate project data, dependencies, and resource allocations.
Requirements Gathering
- Participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements for product enhancements or custom development.
- Learn to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements or user stories.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Clients and subject matter experts to ensure clarity and alignment on scope.
- Publish release notes each Sprint
REPORTS:
- This position reports to the Delivery Manager

Work Environment:
