Title: HR Manager


Location: Miami, FL


Job Summary


The HR Manager will play a key role within the HR team, acting as a facilitator for all HR programs and initiatives keeping the team focused, efficient and as high-performing as possible. This role will provide on-going support to the functions within our HR Department.


This individual will play a critical role in enabling a high-performance culture, partnering with teams to drive people strategies and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. A dynamic, authentic, agile leader who is action oriented and results driven. You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful building and maintaining of stakeholder relationships. The HR Generalist will help shape the employee experience in a professional, fast-paced matrix environment. You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated laws and policies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with HRBP and hiring managers on new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Facilitate New Hire Onboarding training as needed
  • Track movement across the employee cycle - new hires, transfers, promotions, exits
  • Maintain HR systems (primarily Workday), ensure data is kept up to date and correct and provide relevant analysis and reports as required
  • Responsible for the maintenance of employee files in accordance with all state and federal requirements and ensure documents are tracked and filed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HRIS to implement scalable solutions across corporate teams.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to inform people strategies and business decisions.
  • Manage centralized calendar for US HR team including annual activities, program roll-outs and events including regularly scheduled US HR meetings.
  • Work with HRBP and Talent Management team with the scheduling and coordination of training sessions and seminars
  • Assist HRBP’s with the preparation of quarterly Talent Review meetings.
  • Maintains organizational charts for assigned clients groups.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and payroll policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.
  • Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement
  • Perform other related duties or ad-hoc projects as required and assigned for the HR team.


Skills & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR compliance, HR operations, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Growth and learning mindset is a must.
  • Ability to interpret complex problems and think strategically to provide solutions.
  • High level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
