Overview
As a Dental Insurance Verification Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. Please note, this is an on-site position based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Retain specific avenues and verification methods effectively.
- Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members.
- Communicate and document all issues and resolutions clearly.
- Be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and multitask efficiently.
- Collaborate as a strong team player, open to direction in a team environment.
- Engage in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and position.
- Meet goals set forth by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in a dental or medical office.
- Familiarity with dental or medical software is a plus!
