Florida Best Quote Insurance is an established, reputable agency serving the entire state of Florida. With one of the largest carrier portfolios in the state, we specialize in insurance solutions built around the real estate transaction, supporting realtors, lenders and homebuyers through every step of the process. We are the preferred vendor for thousands of Realtors and Lenders! And we utilize the BEST technologies! We are seeking a self motivated, highly personable, relationship-focused Independent Insurance Agent to work inside one of our partner real estate offices in the Aventura area.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the in-office insurance agent within an active real estate office
- Build strong relationships with realtors, clients, and referral partners
- Guide clients through homeowners, flood, auto, and related personal lines
- Manage quotes, documentation, follow-ups, and communication with urgency and accuracy
- Drive growth through proactive engagement and consistent presence
Compensation
- Commission-based role with strong earning potential and renewal income increase yearly.
- Base pay available for the first 6-12 months while you build your book of business
- Full training at our Clearwater headquarters in person and virtual
- Access to a busy real estate office with built-in daily lead opportunities
- All tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support provided

- Ability to learn quickly and apply training
- 2 years minimum experience required
- Must hold 2 20 license
