Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic & highly organized individual to join our growing team as a Business Development & Sales Coordinator. This is a client-facing role designed to support & drive our sales efforts, coordinate boat deliveries & production schedules, manage customer communications & represent Valiatt Yachts at events & shows.

Originally founded in Brazil 27 years ago, Valiatt has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship & refined design in the luxury cabin cruiser space. We are making our U.S. debut this year with a bold vision: sleek, modern vessels crafted with precision, performance & elevated design in mind.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming sales leads & calls, ensuring timely & professional follow-up.

Schedule & coordinate boat showings, customer sea trials & client appointments.

Serve as the main point of contact for prospective & existing customers, providing top-tier service & support.

Coordinate new boat orders with our Brazilian factory & monitor production timelines.

Maintain & manage the production schedule for all boats being built or delivered.

Work closely with yacht brokers, assisting in communication & logistics.

Prepare & manage all sales documentation, including contracts, order forms & delivery records.

Attend all boat shows & marine industry events as a Valiatt Yachts brand ambassador.

Support the marketing department with events, promotions & campaign coordination.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational & multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal & written communication.

Customer service mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.

Experience in sales support, operations, or client management.

Strong knowledge of yacht sales documentation, closing procedures & bank loan processes.

Ability to travel to events & boat shows as needed.

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Portuguese or Spanish) is a plus.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
-
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (may include some weekends for events)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
