We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who wants ownership of the back of house and takes pride in running a clean, disciplined, high performing kitchen.

What You Will Own
• Daily kitchen execution during peak volume
• Food quality, recipe adherence, and presentation standards
• BOH scheduling, labor control, and productivity
• Line training, coaching, and accountability
• Food safety, sanitation, and organization
• Vendor ordering and inventory discipline
• Culture in the kitchen, not just coverage
You will be hands on. You will be visible. You will be expected to lead by example, not manage from behind a screen.
