We're looking for a motivated, people-first Project Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help homeowners bring their renovation dreams to life.

About the Role

As a Project Sales Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process—from initial consultation to signed contract. This is not just a sales role; it's a consultative position where you’ll build trust, develop relationships, and act as a knowledgeable guide throughout the remodeling journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and project goals; offer tailored design and remodeling solutions
  • Create and present project estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
  • Close deals while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communication, and pipeline management

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative sales (home improvement, remodeling, or design experience is a big plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
  • Basic understanding of remodeling processes, construction terms, and materials.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and technology for quoting, scheduling, and follow-ups
