We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources into computer systems and ensuring the integrity of information. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Input data from multiple sources into computer databases with precision and speed.

• Process customer orders and record them accurately in tracking systems.

• Perform research and verify information for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all entries.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues.

• Handle administrative tasks related to order entry and database management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when managing data.

• Provide timely updates and reports on data entry progress to supervisors.

• Utilize Microsoft Word to create and edit documents as needed.

• Support the team with additional clerical duties as required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document management and editing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with tracking systems and database software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
