Job description:

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Materials Coordinator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations . This position offers a minimum of 40 hours per week and begins as a 6-month contract-to-direct-hire role, intended to transition into a long-term permanent position. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of onsite manager, who provides structured onboarding, training, and ongoing operational leadership.

This role is well suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career in materials coordination, warehouse operations, and logistics.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receiving: Accept, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment; ensure accurate documentation and timely stocking.
• Shipping: Prepare, package, and ship materials and equipment accurately and on schedule; maintain proper shipping records.
• E-Waste Management: Properly handle, document, and dispose of electronic waste in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Material Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and place orders to ensure materials are available to support operational and project requirements.
• Organization & Inventory Control: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout; ensure materials are clearly labeled, stored properly, and easy to locate.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or materials handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
• Experience with automated inventory management systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow into a long-term role.

Job Types: Full-time, 6 Contract to hire

Work Location: In person

M-F day shift 6:30 am-3:30 pm
