Opportunity Highlights
- Location: Fully Remote (Any U.S. State; must hold valid license in operating state)
- Compensation: Commission-based with no cap — potential earnings up to $150,000 +
- Start Date: Immediately
- Reporting To: Branch Manager
What You’ll Do
- Originations Excellence: Independently originate and manage a high-volume loan pipeline in a remote setting.
- Consult with Confidence: Advise borrowers on product options, terms, and qualifications to secure the ideal mortgage solution.
- Compliance Champion: Maintain 100% adherence to all state and federal lending regulations.
- Production Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed aggressive monthly and annual volume targets.
- Collaborative Professionalism: Partner virtually with processors, underwriters, and branch management to expedite smooth closings.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed & Experienced: Active NMLS license in at least one U.S. state; 3–5+ years of high-volume loan origination.
- Top Performer: Proven track record of $2M+ in monthly originations or six-figure annual earnings.
- Commission-Driven Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a commission-only structure and can independently manage a full-time pipeline.
- Client-Focused Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a strong talent for relationship building.
- Compliance-Oriented: Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to regulatory best practices.
- Preferred Credentials: CRMS or CMC certification.
