Description
- Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding HR, benefits, payroll, and policy inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information on health insurance, retirement plans, COBRA, FMLA, and other benefit programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues or escalate complex cases to Tier II or III support.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Educate employees on self-service tools and HR processes.
- Document all interactions in case management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
Skills
FMLA, Customer Support, Call Center, Human Resources
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a call center or HR support role preferred.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and HR policies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and case management tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for some locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
