Available Shifts:

We are looking for reliable candidates for the following set schedules:

• Morning: 4:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Mid-Day: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Act as a Line Cook or Prep Cook to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, guests, and hospital staff.
• Dietary Precision: Follow standardized recipes and strictly adhere to medical diet restrictions (Low-Sodium, Heart Healthy, Diabetic, etc.).
• Safety Standards: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen according to HAACP and Florida Department of Health regulations.
• High Volume: Efficiently manage meal production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Culinary Director and clinical nutrition team to ensure excellent service.

Candidate Requirements (Keywords: Chef, Cook, Culinary):

• Experience: 2-5 years of professional cooking experience (Hospitality, Healthcare, or High-Volume Restaurant experience is a plus).
• Certification: ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification preferred.
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to Boca Raton for your scheduled shift.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
