What You’ll Do
- Be the steady hand guiding daily kitchen operations and team performance
- Lead by example, showing what consistency, professionalism, and excellence look like
- Build and mentor a team that operates with precision, pride, and accountability
- Manage the details—labor, scheduling, food cost, sanitation—so the operation runs seamlessly
- Be a culture-builder, bringing energy and discipline that lifts the entire team
Who You Are
- A proven culinary leader with 3–5 years in upscale or high-volume dining
- Someone who sees stability as a strength, not a restriction
- A motivator who brings positivity and drive, never excuses
- Open to the demands of the business—weekends, holidays, and long shifts don’t intimidate you
- Detail-oriented and disciplined, with respect for structure and consistency

Compensation
- $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
