Account Specialist-1-year Contract
North Palm Beach, FL

Your Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate the collection and organization of resiliency data for natural catastrophe modeling projects.
- Manage the flow of construction documents between engineering teams and insurance brokers.
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate documentation and data sharing.
- Review and record resiliency-related information into the company’s Statement of Values (SOV).
- Track project progress and maintain documentation to support modeling and risk assessment efforts.
- Provide full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers.
- Handle customer requests and complaints, interface with vendor partners and management to resolve issues.
- Perform additional customer support tasks such as claims processing, contractor invoice handling, enrollment, billing, and fulfillment.
- Work independently to manage timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure data accuracy.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with Google Earth Pro or GIS tools for site analysis and data visualization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple streams of information.
- Experience in data analysis or working with large datasets is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims, or revenue recovery).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
