A premier restaurant is hiring a Sous Chef for its upscale concept. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and uphold the stellar service standards of the restaurant's brand and reputation. This person will report to the Executive Chef.


Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate BOH activities
  • Oversee guest satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Control food and labor cost
  • Train and manage personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
