This full-time role is perfect for someone with hand-tossed pizza experience. Join a fast-paced restaurant in Stuart, Florida, preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu standards.
- Stretch and hand-toss dough to proper size and thickness.
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for pizzas consistently and efficiently.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for quality results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Stock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hand-tossed pizza-making experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, high-temperature environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Valid Food Handlers Certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
