Outside Sales Representative – Rossie System

About Us
Rossie System is a trusted brand with over 34 years in the nail care industry. Our products are sold nationwide through beauty supply stores, pharmacies, and retailers such as CVS, Navarro, and Target. We are expanding our distribution network and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and retailers.
- Prospect and acquire new accounts to expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
- Represent Rossie System at trade shows and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales (beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
- Willingness to travel (driver’s license required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $2,000/month
- Commission: 7%–9% on net collected sales
- Quarterly bonus: $500 for Sales Growth
