The Club Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for club members and guests. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the clubhouse, including restrooms, dining areas, and other public spaces. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, paying attention to detail, and efficiently managing their tasks.

Days/Hours:

Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust various areas of the clubhouse to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness in dining and lounge areas, including tables, chairs, and other furniture.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning and surface disinfection.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate cleaning activities and maintain a cohesive team approach.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation to enhance the overall member and guest experience.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All outside areas are kept clean.
  • Pick up all debris (cups, coke cans, etc.)
  • Check for cobwebs outside of buildings, especially where members/guests frequently walk.
  • Clean and sanitize outside course restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
  • Check for mildew around the entrance to the Clubhouse.
  • Roll the hose properly after each use.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work during peak club hours and weekends as needed.
