Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payables Clerk (Bilingual) to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bank reconciliations and accounting support
Known for being proactive, reliable, and independent, with the capability and interest to grow into a Treasury role
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

This is a fully on site position and Spanish/English required.
