JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Clerk & Bookkeeper (Part-Time) assists with administrative and financial operations at UNIDAD of Miami Beach. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, bilingual, and computer savvy who enjoys working in a friendly, community-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support administrative functions such as filing, answering phones, and data entry.
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist with bank deposits, petty cash logs, and expense tracking.
- Prepare basic spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide general support to program and finance staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Prior clerical or bookkeeping experience preferred
