JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Clerk & Bookkeeper (Part-Time) assists with administrative and financial operations at UNIDAD of Miami Beach. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, bilingual, and computer savvy who enjoys working in a friendly, community-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support administrative functions such as filing, answering phones, and data entry.
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
  • Assist with bank deposits, petty cash logs, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare basic spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Provide general support to program and finance staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills
  • Prior clerical or bookkeeping experience preferred

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

· Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours, approx. 20–25 hours per week)

· Compensation: $15 per hour
