We’re seeking a proactive, results-oriented Marketing & Outreach Representative to connect with Medicare-eligible seniors in Miami-Dade County. This role involves leading community outreach efforts, educating seniors on their health plan options, increasing enrollments, and building long-term relationships in senior service networks.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach in senior centers, community groups, places of worship, and local events aimed at seniors.

Educate seniors and caregivers about Medicare, HMO benefits, preventive health, and clinic services.

Assist with the enrollment process, ensuring seniors understand clinic policies, benefits, and what to expect.

Track and meet monthly / quarterly enrollment or new member growth goals.

Collaborate with clinic leadership, referrals, social workers, and partner organizations.

Collect feedback from the community about needs and barriers, and report to management to improve outreach strategy.
Qualifications

1-3+ years in sales, community outreach, healthcare marketing, or similar.

Bilingual in English / Spanish strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid Florida driver’s license + reliable transportation.

Familiarity with Medicare / HMO programs a plus.
