We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to develop a career in account management. You will work closely with senior representatives, supporting client relationships while learning the skills needed to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts with professionalism and care.

  • Support senior representatives in developing client strategies and presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.

  • Conduct research to identify client needs and contribute to tailored proposals.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while building rapport and long-term trust.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly learn internal systems.

  • A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in client services or account management is a plus.
