What You’ll Do
- Produce and oversee Italian-inspired pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Maintain high standards for quality, freshness, and presentation
- Lead daily production and support a small pastry team
- Manage ordering, food cost, and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional pastry or baking experience
- Strong fundamentals in classic pastry (Italian background a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and hands-on leadership style
- Weekend and early morning availability
