Job DescriptionWarehouse Packer – Pompano Beach, FLAlliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing distributor in Pompano Beach, Florida, and we are currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Packer to join their team!Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMKey Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order slips and packing lists
- Inspect items to ensure accuracy and quality before packaging
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment
- Operate hand scanners and basic warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Report damaged or missing items to a supervisor
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or packing experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- May involve working in varying temperatures
- Use of personal protective equipment as required
