Qualifications

A leading Trade Finance firm based in Miami, FL, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Account Manager – Trade Finance to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in international trade operations, handling end-to-end transaction processes, reviewing trade documentation, and ensuring accuracy in financial calculations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trade finance transactions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Review and execute purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BLs).
  • Calculate fees, financing costs, and product mark-ups.
  • Maintain transaction records, client accounts, and reporting dashboards.
  • Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in documentation.
  • Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and transaction modeling.
  • Ensure all transactions align with internal policies, trade regulations, and international standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade finance, international trade operations, or financial/accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with trade documentation (POs, bills of lading, shipping docs).
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external collaboration.
  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
