Responsibilities

Basic Function – Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service.

Accounts Receivable

  • Maintain accounts.
  • Log and post monthly parker payments.
  • Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
  • Coordinate and collect overdue/outstanding accounts.
  • Support Facility Manager by resolving A/R issues and investigating areas of concern.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly client statements.

Payroll

  • Calculate payroll for downtown locations.
  • Enter payroll for assigned locations.

Customer Service

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as walk-in customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Process mail.
  • Assist Facility Manager with other administrative duties.


Qualifications

  • Must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and possess an outgoing personality, but comfortable working individually.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Bookkeeping and AS400 experience a big plus.
