We’re looking for a Member Services Representative to join our Fort Lauderdale team — someone who listens with empathy, solves problems with care, and builds trust with every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our Member Services team, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that supports our members. You’ll:
Provide exceptional service via phone and email, ensuring every member feels heard and valued
Help members understand their benefits and guide them through coverage questions
Partner with other departments to confirm information about claims, payments, transportation, and enrollment
Accurately document and update member accounts
Assist with fulfillment requests and maintain a strong working knowledge of departmental processes
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience — call center, retail, healthcare, or hospitality welcome!
Strong computer and data entry skills
A clear, professional phone presence and excellent communication
A team player who brings positivity to the workplace
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to work onsite, Monday–Friday, at our Fort Lauderdale office
Bonus points if you’re bilingual (Spanish, Creole, etc.) — but it’s not required!
