A Lead Generation Campaign Administrator job focuses on creating and executing strategies to attract and convert prospects into leads. This role involves managing multiple campaigns, optimizing for reach and engagement, and ultimately contributing to business growth. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.

Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize multiple lead generation campaigns across various channels.

Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various communication methods.

Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless lead handover. Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.

Budget Management: Manage and prioritize marketing budgets to maximize qualified lead generation.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industries.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation performance.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.

Required Skills

Lead Generation Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing lead generation campaigns.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with prospects.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and best practices for lead generation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications / experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

3 years of experience in Lead Generation campaign development or management
