The Opportunity:
Your mission? Protect families through top-tier financial solutions while working within our proven, high-performance system. You’ll connect exclusively with inbound, interested prospects — many already insured and seeking help, others actively shopping.
You’ll assess their needs, guide them to the best-fit products from 40+ carriers, and close with confidence using our refined, consultative approach. Your responsibilities will include:

Take 8–15 warm inbound calls daily — no dialing out

Listen and learn — identify needs, propose tailored solutions

Use proven scripts and a dialed-in sales system to close sales

Provide high-value service to prospects and clients
-
Stay coachable and plugged in — constant learning = constant growth

Requirements:

Must meet state licensing requirements and pass a background check

Must obtain or hold a Florida 2-14 or 2-15 Life License (we help with this!)

Comfortable working Monday–Thursday 9 AM–6 PM ET + Friday 9 AM–4 PM ET

Available for weekly 8:15 AM team call & biweekly leadership huddle

Our Sales Process-
Our sales process has been refined and tested over years of performance and thousands of calls, generating millions of dollars in revenue and commissions. The focus of every new agent recruit is to master the sales process and master their craft so they can maximize every opportunity. This is a Consultative Sales process that is designed to place the agent in the role of a Financial Advisor. The process is designed for a one-call close and little follow-up is required.

Our leadership team has extensive sales and leadership experience and have built this organization and refined the sales process, one innovative step at a time. One of the best aspects of this opportunity is the proximity that new agent recruits will have consistently to our leadership team through training and ongoing support. Our Training-
We offer a 10-day hands-on training experience with ongoing support in a collaborative environment.
Our Performance & Commissions-
Our agents are averaging $20k - $25k per month in issued premiums. Our agents are tripling and quadrupling the performance stats of average life insurance agents in the field who are making cold calls and running in-home appointments. Our refined sales process, in-depth training program, and ongoing support make it possible to consistently meet or exceed agency performance targets.
