Virtual Assistant (Remote – U.S.)
About the role
You’ll be the right hand to our leadership team, handling the day‐to‐day admin work that keeps projects (and calendars) humming.
Key responsibilities
- Own calendar, inbox, and meeting coordination for 3 executives and potentially their executive assistants as well.
- Draft correspondence, slide decks, and light research briefs
- Arrange domestic & international travel; prepare itineraries and expense reports
- Maintain shared files and SOP libraries in Google Drive
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes within 2 hours of call completion
- Triage incoming client requests in our CRM; escalate urgent items
Desired qualifications
- 2 + years as an administrative, executive, or virtual assistant is a plus but not required
- Rock‐solid written & verbal communication; native‐level English
- Proficient in Google Workspace & MS Office; comfortable with Zoom
- Proven ability to work autonomously across U.S. time zones
- Reliable high‐speed internet and quiet workspace
Nice‐to‐haves: basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks), Canva or simple design skills, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Compensation & perks
- Hourly: $20 – $28 (≈ $40 k – $60 k/yr),
- 100 % remote
