We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and can manage both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and phone communications
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain filing systems and manage digital documents
- Support with event planning and coordination
- Track expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
- Run occasional local errands (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation (if in-person tasks are required)
Compensation starting at $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
