We are looking for an Operations Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in GAAP
- General Ledger Reconciliation
- Banks reconciliation
- Working with Account payable and on Lien waivers
- Geneal entries preparations
- In house payroll expertise with 941s filing
- Union payroll experience is preferred
- Experience in Multi state, especially California
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
