New kitchen member needed at Pinch Kitchen+Bar!
We're hiring a full-time Cold Kitchen Cook to keep the magic going at our Miami, FL restaurant. Experience would be great, but we're open to hiring beginners who can follow food safety guidelines, stick to recipes, and work in coordination with a team. RESTAURANT HOURS
- Monday - Closed
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Friday and Saturday - 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Sunday - 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
DAY-TO-DAY
As our Cold Kitchen Cook, you'll work in step with the head chef, expo team, and your fellow cooks to create and serve amazing dishes for guests. Following all recipes, quality standards, and customer desires, you'll cook cold menu ingredients and coordinate with your team to finish all plates for each table at the same time. Before meal service, you'll prepare garnishes, stock ingredients, and get kitchen stations ready for the rush. You'll read tickets, paying attention to allergies and special requests, and prepare items accordingly.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and you'll need to keep your workstation fairly clean throughout meal service. You'll make sure to correctly label and store ingredients to keep our inventory organized and prevent food waste. Before leaving at the end of your shift, you'll make sure to break down your station and fully clean all equipment and surfaces.
