Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing & Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Miami Beach area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate invoice processing, maintaining organized records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Input data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify and cross-check data for inconsistencies or errors
  • Support general administrative tasks, including filing and document management
  • Communicate with vendors or departments to clarify invoice discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in invoicing, data entry, or general office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
