Location: Jacksonville, FL (onsite)
Pay Rate: $21/hr

What’s a Typical Day as a Customer Service Representative?
- Keying orders received from US and Canada customers via phone into the order entry system according to established procedures.
- Actively listening and problem-solving to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Serving as an essential link between customers and various internal departments.
- Providing resolution to customer inquiries, returns, and feedback.
- Assisting with data entry tasks and other administrative duties as necessary.
This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit if You:
- Can commit to working full-time 5 days a week.
- Hold a HS Diploma/equivalent (required).
- Have 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exhibit strong critical listening and customer service resolution skills.
- Are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Can lift up to 30 pounds and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
