Summary:
The Sales Director – East Region is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy across the Eastern U.S. territory. This role will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with key healthcare providers and institutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, imaging centers, and oncology and urology practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Represent RLS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Analyze market trends and performance data to inform decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, radiopharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong understanding of the Eastern U.S. healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
