Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting revenue strategy and operations by providing critical insights through data analysis, streamlining revenue processes, and enhancing forecasting accuracy. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize revenue performance and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue data and business trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle.
  • Support the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models.
  • Partner with finance, sales, marketing, and employer client success to align revenue strategy and execution.
  • Evaluate and improve operational workflows within CRM.
  • Assist in quota and compensation planning, territory alignment, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to leadership on revenue performance, funnel metrics, and customer lifecycle trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field highly preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, finance, or a related role.
  • Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in fintech/financial service industries
