Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $17/hour + Overtime Available (Up to 20 hours/week)
SkySource Solutions is hiring reliable, safety-focused Bilingual Spanish-English Forklift Material Handlers for a top-tier facility in Groveland, FL. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a positive team environment, plenty of overtime, and a clear path to permanent employment.
Note: This role is not strictly Forklift Operator. You will also be responsible for general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, shoveling, restacking pallets, inventory counts, manual materials handling, and other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Work will take place both inside and outside, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions including rain, snow, and heat.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Stage pallets and manage inventory flow
- Supply production lines and perform basic quality checks
- Maintain equipment and assist with general cleanup
- Keep accurate records and communicate with warehouse leads
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing team
What You Bring
- Forklift experience (sit-down preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts on your feet
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player attitude and solid communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company
