Job DescriptionAccounting Manager
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring an Accounting Manager in the Wellington, FL area. Our client is searching for an accounting manager with prior dealership experience. This position is working fully in office with a great and growing company.
Responsibilities to include:
· Oversee accounting operations for a multi-location equipment dealership, managing financials for 19 locations and consolidating reports.
· Supervise teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Accounting, with six direct reports.
· Compile and analyze monthly financial statements, manage month-end close, and perform financial analysis.
· Ensure adaptability to in-house and dealership-specific software (currently using CDK).
You are a great fit if:
· Accounting degree required; CPA preferred but not required; dealership or public accounting experience valued.
· Experience as an Accounting Manager or higher
· Foster a collaborative environment, supporting and guiding team members, and improving processes without imposing abrupt changes.

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
