As Quantinium accelerates its expansion into major metropolitan markets, we are seeking a Director of Business Development who combines deep telecommunications expertise with strategic sales leadership in the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and bulk Managed Wi-Fi sectors. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale partnerships with property owners, REITs, developers, and operators, structuring complex agreements that deliver long-term value for stakeholders while fueling Quantiniums growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will be a proven dealmaker and relationship builder, capable of navigating multi-layered negotiations, scaling enterprise-level pipelines, and representing Quantinium as a trusted industry leader at the intersection of telecom and Web3. This is a rare opportunity to shape the adoption of decentralized connectivity across some of the most important growth markets in the world.

Role Overview
The Director of Business Development will serve as a key growth architect for Quantinium, responsible for expanding our footprint across national MDU/MTU markets. This role is centered on building and executing a high-impact growth strategy that secures multi-year, enterprise-level agreements and accelerates adoption of Quantiniums next-generation managed Wi-Fi connectivity solutions.

As a senior commercial leader, the Director will leverage deep industry expertise, proven deal-making ability, and an established network of relationships to position Quantinium as the premier partner for property owners, developers, REITs, and operators. This individual will be accountable for driving measurable revenue growth, leading complex negotiations, and shaping partnerships that advance both immediate sales objectives and long-term strategic initiatives.

Beyond business development, the Director will act as a market evangelist and brand ambassador, representing Quantinium at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to amplify market presence and credibility. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with tactical execution, excelling at both high-level relationship building and hands-on deal execution. This role is critical to scaling Quantiniums decentralized connectivity infrastructure and reinforcing our position as an innovator in telecom and property technology.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the telecommunications, MDU, and MTU markets, aligning with Quantiniums broader vision and long-term objectives.


Identify, pursue, and close large-scale opportunities by building and expanding executive-level relationships with property owners, REITs, developers, HOAs, and telecom operators.


Lead negotiations and structure high-value, multi-year agreements, balancing aggressive growth targets with sustainable business outcomes and customer satisfaction.


Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align client needs with technical capabilities, ensuring scalable and innovative Managed Wi-Fi solutions.


Act as a trusted industry thought leader and brand ambassador, representing Quantinium at conferences, trade shows, panels, and other industry forums to elevate visibility and credibility.


Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance business development team as growth demands, establishing best practices for sales processes, pipeline development, and account management.


Provide accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility, delivering clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.


Consistently achieve and surpass sales, partnership, and expansion goals, driving measurable impact on company growth and market share.


Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics, leveraging market intelligence to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.


Champion customer success and long-term partnerships, ensuring that Quantiniums solutions deliver tangible value to clients while strengthening retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
10+ years of proven success in telecommunications sales and business development, with deep expertise in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Multi-Tenant Units (MTUs).


Demonstrated ability to secure long-term bulk service agreements that drive recurring revenue and strengthen customer retention.


Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, building pipelines, and closing complex enterprise-level deals.


Extensive experience with Managed Wi-Fi deployments, from proposal through execution, with a focus on property value creation and customer experience.


Proven success in closing multi-million-dollar contracts and high-stakes enterprise agreements, with measurable impact on company growth.


Established senior-level network spanning property owners, REIT executives, developers, HOAs, and property management groups with direct access to decision-makers.


Recognized for leveraging trusted relationships to accelerate deal flow, influence strategic decisions, and engage early in large-scale connectivity initiatives.


Exceptional negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with the ability to navigate board-level discussions and secure favorable terms.


Strategic yet hands-on leader, comfortable balancing big-picture growth strategies with tactical execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.


Strong technical and commercial knowledge of telecom infrastructure, broadband solutions, and MDU/MTU deployment models, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.


Bonus Skills: Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized infrastructure, or emerging connectivity technologies.


Location Requirement: Must be based in South Florida or able to work onsite at Quantiniums Boca Raton headquarters 5 days per week.
