$17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities

• Safely operate company box trucks with professional road etiquette.
• Execute precise, on-time deliveries to designated locations.
• Unload and stack products with customers courteously.
• Complete delivery documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Assist in warehouse workflows: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• Assemble customer orders; palletize and stage for outbound shipment.
• Organize and store inventory according to product codes/sequences.
• Perform daily cycle counts; update and reconcile inventory records.
• Identify and resolve freight discrepancies and claims.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety through sweeping, trash removal, and sanitation.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record with no DUIs or careless/reckless violations in the past 3 years.
• Proven experience with 26’ box trucks (required).
• Experience with forklifts or reach trucks (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and documentation.
• Professional communicator with both customers and teammates.
• Competent in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Capable of routinely lifting/pushing/pulling 75+ lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working at a fast pace to meet deadlines.
