Caribbean Territory Sales Lead
Location: South Florida (Miami or Fort Lauderdale preferred)
Travel: 30 to 40 percent throughout the Caribbean

We are expanding our presence in the Caribbean and seeking a strong sales leader to grow this region.
Role Overview
This is a true market-building role. You will develop new business across the Caribbean building long-term relationships with utilities, engineering firms, EPC contractors, and industrial clients while positioning UIG as the preferred tank solution provider. The role offers autonomy, travel, and significant long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue water, wastewater, industrial, and infrastructure opportunities.
- Build relationships with utilities, government agencies, and engineering partners.
- Present UIG’s technical capabilities and support clients with pricing and specifications.
- Manage CRM activity and collaborate with UIG leadership on proposals and bids.
- Represent UIG at regional industry events and gather market insights.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in water infrastructure, engineered equipment, or construction solutions.
- Existing Caribbean relationships are a strong advantage.
- Based in South Florida and willing to travel 30 to 40 percent.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
- Spanish or French language skills preferred.
Compensation and Growth
- Base salary of 75,000 to 100,000 dollars depending on experience.
- Uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities.
- All travel expenses covered.
- U.S. medical benefits if applicable.
- Clear path to Regional Director with strong performance.
