Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our sales team. This role is not about individual salesits about building a winning team that consistently exceeds goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an extroverted personality, and a proven ability to develop high-performing sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of several sales representatives
- Implement training and development programs to enhance closing skills and operational knowledge
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Drive team performance toward a monthly quota of $400,000 in residential construction sales
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company growth goals
