Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312
Pay Rate: $25–$29/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-volume AP processing and expense management, looking to transition into a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume AP processing.
  • Experience with expense processing and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
