Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-volume AP processing and expense management, looking to transition into a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume AP processing.
- Experience with expense processing and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
